This project involves a thorough examination of the disinfection cabinet product process and mold process. It employs top-level modularization and standardization design to streamline the process and enhance efficiency. The project utilizes robotics to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of several processes, including stamping, dispensing, and assembly.

Innovative Processes

New Process 1: From the development of cutting-edge disinfection cabinet products to the design and manufacture of molds, as well as robotic stamping, dispensing, assembly, testing, packaging, and palletizing.

New Process 2: Artificial intelligence is involved in defect detection, visual positioning of screw-driving and welding robots, machine learning, and decision-making.

New process 3: Integrating lean production, intelligent manufacturing, the industrial Internet, and informatization to create a smart factory.
