This project achieves high-efficiency stamping for the upper and lower casings of compressors, along with stud welding for the upper casing and welding of the inlet pipe for the main casing. Furthermore, it automates and flexibly produces the entire process of manufacturing the main casing, encompassing tasks such as pipe cutting, loading and cleaning, pipe expanding, end face turning, side punching, and welding.

Process 1: Optimize and Merge Mold Processes with Quick-Change Insert Structure

Optimization and consolidation of mold processes, reducing equipment investment; the use of quick-change insert structure, to achieve rapid small batch customized production.

Process 2: Special Machine for Automated Production of Main Shell Assembly Line

Tackle the bottleneck process of shell multi-station tube expanding, side punching, welding, etc., and develop industry-leading special machines to realize the automated production of main shell assembly line.

Process 3: 3D Vision + Robot Cleaning, Turning End Face + Autonomous Multiple Robots

3D vision + robot cleaning, turning end face + autonomous multiple robots to realize fast stamping of upper/lower shells. It combines the precision and reliability of robotics with the adaptability of 3D vision technology to enable rapid and consistent stamping of upper and lower shells.
