Features: Suitable for high-volume production of single-type products with a production efficiency of 15-21 cycles/minute.

Process Flow: Dual-station sheet feeder → Mechanical arm → Positioning transfer station → Mechanical arm → Mold 1 → Mechanical arm → Mold 2 → Mechanical arm → Mold 3 → Mechanical arm → Mold 4 → Mechanical arm → Mold 5 → Mechanical arm → Conveyor belt → Material discharge.

Our Equipment: 1 set of 3D stamping manipulator + 1 dual-station sheet feeder + 1 conveyor belt.

Features: Suitable for continuous mold processes with a production efficiency of 25-40 cycles/minute.

Process Flow: Servo sheet feeder → Robot gripping → Punch press 1 → Robot gripping (completed product from punch press 1) → Punch press 2 → Robot gripping (completed product from punch press 2) → Punch press 3 → Robot gripping (completed product from punch press 3) → Punch press 4 → Robot gripping (completed product from punch press 4) → Material discharge.

Our Equipment: 5 swing-arm stamping robots + 1 servo sheet feeder.

Features: Suitable for low-volume production of diverse products with a production efficiency of 12 cycles/minute.

Process Flow: Arm-equipped servo sheet feeder → Robot 1 gripping → 200T punch press 1 → Robot 2 gripping → 200T punch press 2 → Robot 3 gripping → 160T punch press 3 → Robot 4 gripping → 160T punch press 4 → Robot 5 gripping → Material collection conveyor belt.

Our Equipment: 5 sets of 30kg 4-axis robots + 5 sets of robot clamps + 5 sets of robot bases + 1 dual-station arm-equipped servo sheet feeder + 1 material collection conveyor belt.

Process Flow: Oil-applying servo sheet feeder → Robot 1 gripping → 200T punch press 1 → Robot 2 gripping → 200T punch press 2 → Robot 3 gripping → 200T punch press 3 → Robot 4 gripping → 160T punch press 4 → Robot 5 gripping → 160T punch press 5 → Robot 6 gripping → Material collection conveyor belt.
