Le soleil br\u00fblant de juillet apporte une chaleur intense, mais il ne peut freiner l'enthousiasme pour l'exploration. Le 10 juillet, le si\u00e8ge de Kaishuo Technology a accueilli un groupe de visiteurs exceptionnels\u00a0: une formation provinciale compos\u00e9e de 30\u00a0professeurs en m\u00e9canique et \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 venus de toute la province. Ces derniers se sont rendus \u00e0 Kaishuo avec l'objectif clair d'acqu\u00e9rir une compr\u00e9hension approfondie du processus de production de l'entreprise et de saisir pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les comp\u00e9tences requises. Accompagn\u00e9s des dirigeants de l'entreprise, les enseignants ont d'abord p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 dans l'atelier d'automatisation du deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage. D\u00e8s l'entr\u00e9e, l'attention s'est port\u00e9e sur l'ensemble soign\u00e9 des bras robotis\u00e9s et des \u00e9quipements d'automatisation de pr\u00e9cision non standard. Les enseignants ont pu \u00e9changer en profondeur avec le personnel technique sur site sur des sujets cl\u00e9s tels que la logique de contr\u00f4le des mouvements des robots, les points techniques fondamentaux de la programmation et la mani\u00e8re de transformer efficacement ces technologies de pointe en ressources p\u00e9dagogiques. D\u00e9coder l'ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9 des moules\u00a0: percevoir l'\u00e9chelle et la profondeur de la fabrication de pr\u00e9cision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les enseignants ont ensuite visit\u00e9 l'atelier de fabrication de moules du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. Ici, les centres d'usinage CNC \u00e0 grande vitesse et les artisans s'entrem\u00ealent, offrant une d\u00e9monstration compl\u00e8te du processus de fabrication de pr\u00e9cision des moules en plastique et en quincaillerie. Ils ont observ\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9cision du moulage, se sont interrog\u00e9s en d\u00e9tail sur les d\u00e9fis du processus et les points de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 de la production, et ont acquis une exp\u00e9rience personnelle des exigences de pr\u00e9cision au micron et de la complexit\u00e9 syst\u00e9matique de la fabrication de moules modernes. De la conception des plans \u00e0 la livraison du produit fini, chaque \u00e9tape est impr\u00e9gn\u00e9e de la qu\u00eate de pr\u00e9cision ultime et de l'optimisation des processus de Kaishuo, ce qui leur a permis d'appr\u00e9cier pleinement le riche h\u00e9ritage de l'entreprise dans le domaine cl\u00e9 de la fabrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
