In June 2024, with its excellent technical strength and good market reputation, Kaishuo successfully signed the oven automation stamping project of a well-known enterprise in Vietnam. The project consists of multiple parts such as the first loading unit, the manipulator transmission unit and the safety fence.In addition, each press is installed with an absolute encoder, which not only realizes real-time acquisition and transmission of Angle information, but also makes the manipulator control system more powerful, achieving high precision measurement and control, thereby improving production efficiency and product quality.
After two months’ design and manufacturing, the equipment was shipped to the customer site in Vietnam, the installation and commissioning work was successfully completed. This project was officially put into use in August 2024, and the entire production line can not only fully meet the overall load demand, but also perform well in terms of production speed, and has successfully achieved the production speed target of 15 times for the whole line. It has greatly improved the production efficiency, created significant economic benefits for customers, and also established a good brand image for Kaishuo in Vietnamese market.
