This project is aimed at integrated kitchen appliances. It not only realizes fast and stable robot stamping and unloading, but also realizes flexible production on the production line through the die change trolley, reducing equipment investment, saving production space, and solving the time-consuming and laborious problems caused by manual die change.
Innovative Processes
New process 1: The development of the mold changing trolley is achieved through a double-station mold changing trolley, mold pushing and pulling system, flip-over transition table, ground rail, mold lifter, upper/lower mold clamps, electric control system, etc.
New process 2: The robot arm and fixture adopt quick-change devices for quick insertion and removal, and work in coordination with the die cart and robot production line through the master control panel to achieve jog mode, single machine automatic mode and whole line automatic mode of the die change system.
